Swimming is great exercise. I'm not sure if you want to lose a lot of weight or just tone up your arms, or legs. I like the thighmaster by Suzanne Sommers, I use it for my thighs, and my arms and back. I also do push ups standing up ... arms stretched out touching the wall, I then lean in, and push out. It's easier on my joints (I have Lupus)
Hello there :)
Actually not too long ago I was introduced to a very easy video to follow. It is a 30 minute TaeBoe video that although very easy to follow it makes you sweat big time! I liked it and actually bought it to have at home. I really recommend it.
Dancing is good. I sometimes go to salsa but if that is a bit too fast paced you could try a ballroom dancing class. It's good fun too and a way to socialise.
I like swimming, too. Plus, we're very buoyant, ya know. :D And anything that FEELS good is something you'll keep doing. Yoga is great in many ways. :)
