We both wish to thank you so much for bringing us together. We met on LargeFriends and the chemistry was there from the very first. We both agree that, although both of us have been in relationships before, we have never been so compatible with another person as we are with each other. We spend every free moment we have together and we are combining our households this summer. We are actively planning a wedding for the summer after that.

On a whim after my split from my husband, I decided to sign up for largefriends. I did one search, and the first person that popped up was Jake. I read his profile, and it was like magic. Everything he loved or was interested in clicked with me. I sent him an email and the rest was history. After about a month of emailing, I decided to finally take the next step to meet him - I walked into his tattoo shop with a design in hand. Love at first sight...I never believed in that, except in fairy tales or movies, but this was the real thing. A bolt of lightning, a smack in the face...however you want to describe it, it happened to me. We are now living together in complete bliss and plan on getting married by the fall. Just when I thought that I wouldn't find him, there he was. On November 17, 2005 a guy named Jeremy messaged me from this site. He was kind, funny, adorable and everything I wanted in a man. On December 2nd, we met and my life changed forever. Since the moment we met it was destiny. I was destined to look into his beautiful green eyes. I was destined to kiss his sweet lips. I was destined to be held in his strong arms. At last, we are together. I never thought I would ever be complete until he stepped into my life. We adore each other and can't bear to be apart. I created a profile on Largefriends in early 2005 and signed up for a gold membership in March. I used the service whereby a small greeting would be sent to all women in a 50 mile radius meeting my criteria. I was surprised when I got replies from all over the country (and none from my state). I started a couple of conversations with some nice people and discovered I had gone to school with an ex-husband. I also started chatting with a woman who had not made any choices in her profile, had no photo and her only description was "just an ordinary woman". Well, THAT was false adversising. I quickly discovered she and I were very compatible and we've been in touch every day since. I travelled 900km to meet her and we've been in love and lust ever since. Thank goodness for the internet and cheap airfares.

I expect marriage may well follow if we can actually arrange to live in the same city.

I received a wink from Baldbird5 in January and I was instantly attracted. I sent him a wink back only to not hear back from him. We were married Oct. 7th and are enjoying our lives together! My story so far.

I had never been on an internet dating site and it was only by chance that me and one of my friends were messing around on the computer on night that I ended up putting yself on your sight.

It was fun to received winks and messages, but as I have heard many things about people on the internet, I was not planning on agreeing to meet any of them.

Then one day I received a nice email. I was feeling a little fed up at the time and I dont know what made me do it but I replied to the email.

Then one day whilst chating online, he asked again when are we going to meet, I think I just ran out of excuses of why I could not, so found myself typing Monday as I am off work due to it being a bank holiday.

He agreed to meet me at my local station and I still thought I would never go through with it.

Monday came and I to this day dont know why I did it, but I found myself in my car driving towards the station, thinking what am I doing, I must be mad.

I pulled up outside the station and there was this very good looking man standing there and I thought that cant be him, he is too good looking he wont like me.

He must have recognised me from my picture, because he came straight over to me said hi and got in my car.

We went to my flat and talked for a while and I was still thinking this is too good to be true, he is being polite and when he goes home I will never see him again.

I was wrong, he was always so sweet to me and as he worked near where I lived he would come and meet me from work, I saw him every day and could not get enough of him.

I now believe in love at first sight, I adore him and love him with all my heat. We now live together a year and a half on and are planning on starting a family. My family all love him and I am in fact writing this from his brothers computer in Spain as he has bought me here on holiday.

I consider myself a very lucky lady to have found my perfect Mr Right. He is amazing.

A man at the table next to us came over to say congratulations and introduced himself as a ordained minister and let us know that we could "take care of this right here and now"! How funny! I told him I didn't think my mom or my sister would appreciate that. We are now living in Joplin Missouri planning our wedding for October 17, 2009.
